Ingredients:

400 ml coconut cream
1 cup milk
2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
12 gm sachet agar agar powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Pour the coconut cream milk and water into a saucepan.

Add sugar and agaragar and mix well.

Bring to the boil and simmer stirring for 3 minutes.

Stir in the desiccated coconut.

Pour into a wet sandwich tin and leave to cool and set.

Cut into squares.

Serve cold.

Hint. To replace the coconut cream use 1 1/2 cups of desiccated coconut mixed in a food processor or blender with the milk and water adding an extra half cup of water.

Makes 24 squares serves 8
