8 oz refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tbl all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl butter or margarine -- melted
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 13"x9" pan.

Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Firmly press perforations to form seal. Bake at 375i F for 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 12-17 minutes until light golden. Cool completely before cutting.
