Instructions: Separate eggs.
Whisk egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Gradually add sugar, beating until sugar has dissolved. Stir in coconut and mix well. Spoon or pipe small tablespoons of mixture onto foil lined trays. Bake in a moderately slow oven (330F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on trays. Serve with coffee. Email this Recipe:
