Instructions: Brownies: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add margarine, eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased and floured 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Spread with frosting.
Cut into 1-inch squares. Frosting: Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 12 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 208.
