1 x 5 oz -pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
4 lrg eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Coconut-Pecan Frosting

1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
3 x egg yolks
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
Instructions: Brownies: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add margarine, eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased and floured 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Spread with frosting.

Cut into 1-inch squares.

Frosting: Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 12 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 208. Add vanilla, coconut, and pecans; stir until frosting is cool and reaches spreading consistency.

Yield: About 3 cups.
