Instructions: Beat together sugar, eggs, and salt until lemon colored. Add margarine and flour and blend well. Beat in milk then fold in 1 cup of coconut. Pour filling into 9" unbaked pie shell. Top with remaining coconut. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
