Instructions: Melt chocolate chips; blend with powdered sugar, flavorings and water to form a stiff dough. Should be able to handle - not sticky or dry. Roll out flat and cut in small squares approximately 1 x 1 x 1 inch. Melt vanilla chips and Crisco together. Dip squares in melted vanilla chips and set on waxed paper. Immediately sprinkle on toasted coconut.
