2 x egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tbl honey
2 cup cornflakes
or
2 cup Rice bubbles
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually and carefully fold in the sugar, honey and vanilla, then the cornflakes, nuts, and coconut.

Scale teaspoons of mixture onto a greased baking tray, leaving space in between for mixture to spread.

Bake for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool on the baking tray.
