Recipe for Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce

3/4 cup	Unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup	Peanut butter
1 med	Green chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 tbl	Cilantro, snipped
1/2 tsp	Lemon peel, shredded
1/2 tsp	Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
