2. Combine chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Rub mixture on both sides of fish. 3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook until just opaque in center, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to platter; keep warm. Add salsa to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Pour over fish; sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortillas and lime.
