Instructions: Cream together the butter, sugar, salt and flour, take out 1/2 cup. Add the milk, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. Pour into a 9x12-inch pan.

Mix topping. Sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until done.
