2 cup	Recip-ease baking mix
1/4 cup	Sugar
2/3 cup	Milk
1 x	Egg, beaten
2 tbl	Melted butter
1/2 cup	Chopped nuts
	----------------- STREUSEL TOPPING ----------------
1/3 cup	Recip-ease baking mix
1/2 cup	Brown sugar
1/2 tsp	Cinnamon

Instructions:

Instructions: COFFEE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Grease 9" pan. Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix ingredients until crumbly.
