1 cup	Sugar
3 tsp	Double acting baking powder
1/4 tsp	Salt
1 cup	Sour cream
1/2 tsp	Vanilla extract
2 x	Eggs
	----------------- STREUSEL TOPPING ----------------
2 tbl	Flour
2 tbl	Unsalted butter
2 tbl	Sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping

(RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 minutes. STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix until crumbled.
