1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbl instant coffe (try instant espresso!)
2 tsp vanilla
2 x eggs
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbl baking powder
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 12 muffin pan cups (or use paper, but
they may stick a little). Cream butter with the sugars, coffee and vanilla.

Beat together eggs and milk. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Alternately add the wet and dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Stir just to combine. Add the chips and walnuts. Fill the tins full. Bake for
20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from the tins and finish cooling
