Instructions: Stir together first 3 ingredients until instant coffee dissolves. Pour into 2 ice cube trays; freeze until firm.

Process cubes, ice cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and, if desired, liqueur in a blender until smooth; serve immediately.
