Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside. Prepare Cinnamon-Nut Topping; set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sour cream. Add baking soda, baking powder, flour and vanilla. Mix until blended.
Spread half the batter in prepared baking dish. Spread pie filling over batter in baking dish. Carefully spread remaining batter over pie filling. Sprinkle Cinnamon-Nut Topping over top of batter. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into pieces about 3 inches square. May be frozen.
