Instructions: Using a deep skillet, brown a large onion in oil. Add chopped green pepper and a pound of either fresh, frozen or canned okra. Stir and cook a few minutes. Add a can of tomatoes, salt, pepper and tabasco to taste. Add 1/2 pound of andouille sausage. Cook on low heat.
