Amount Ingredient
6 lrg potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 tsp salt
1 med onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 can cream-style corn
4 x strips cooked, crumbled bacon
3 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook potatoes in salted water. Drain. Saute onion in butter. Mix into potatoes. Stir in corn and bacon. Heat thru. Add milk and heat thru.

Add cheese, stirring until completely melted. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
