2 bn Asparagus, cooked until crisp tender
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 lrg clv garlic, finely chopped
1 cup tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2/3 cup dry vermouth
Instructions:
Instructions: Asparagus, cooked until crisp tender.

Immediately immerse in ice water. When cool, drain and blot dry with paper towels.

Saute shallot and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve over asparagus.
