1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Freshly-ground black pepper
2 cup	Canned garbanzo beans drained
5 x	Pickling cucumbers or Kirbies peeled and diced
1 med	Red onion diced
2 x	Tomatoes peel, seed, dice

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and whisk. Add remaining ingredients, toss and chill.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
