Instructions: Pour milk into a quart measuring pitcher, and add ice cubes until the level rises to the 3 cup mark. Transfer to the blender, and add the powdered sugar and either vanilla or bourbon to taste. Whirl until smooth and slushy; pour into glasses, dust with nutmeg, and serve immediately.
