Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup water
1 med onion, finely chopped
3 x ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 x cucumber, peeled and sliced
4 tbl white vinegar
2 tsp salt
3 clv garlic, crushed
4 slc bread, cut in pieces
4 tbl olive oil
----------------- Garnishes: ----------------
1 x cucumber, diced
1 x green pepper, diced
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 x tomato, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first nine ingredients and let stand for one hour. Puree in a blender and chill in refrigerator. Garnish and serve chilled in soup = bowls.

Serves 4.
