Instructions: Grind together cabbage, peppers and carrots into bowl, salt to taste. Let stand 1 1/2 hours. Drain.
Cook together the sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour this while hot yet, over drained cabbage. If vinegar is too strong add a little water. This keeps for 4 weeks in a cool place. Email this Recipe:
