Boil 1 chicken. Debone. Return chicken to pot with about 2 cups
broth. Add:
2 sm cans tomato paste
2 x onions, chopped
Pinch garlic (or several cloves, minced)
3 x -5 hot dried red peppers--the more, the better as far as
Im concerned.
Instructions:
Instructions: Simmer about an hour. Add 2 large packages frozen chopped collards.

(Fresh are fine, too, if you have time to wash a peck of collards.)

Simmer another hour or so. Serve over rice. By my hand calculations, this has about 9 fat grams per serving.
