3 tbl	butter
1/4 cup	milk
1/4 cup	sugar
4 x	eggs beaten separately
1 pch	salt
1/3 cup	lemon juice
	Grated rind of 2 Lemons

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream butter, flour, and sugar together. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked crust and bake slowly in oven 350 degrees for 15 minutes, and then reduce to 300 degrees for an additional 30 minutes or until the pie tests done.
