Instructions: Heat butter in heavy hot skillet. Quickly brown steaks on both sides. Remove from skillet and place in shallow pan (do not crowd they should not touch). Let stand at room temperature. When ready to cook, bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes for medium-rare, 18-22 minutes for medium. Season with salt and pepper.
