2 x	- cups chopped cooked Chicken (breast works best)
1 x	- can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 x	- small can Mushrooms
1/2 x	- cup finely chopped Onion
1 x	(8 oz.) carton Sour Cream
2 x	- tsp. Salt
1/2 x	- tsp. Black Pepper
1 x	- pkg. large Flour Tortillas
	----------------- Sauce: ----------------
1 x	- can Cream of Chicken
1 x	(8 oz.) carton Sour Cream
1 x	- tsp. Salt
1/4 x	- tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Prepare casserole pan(s) by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each tortilla with filling and roll up to lay side by side in casserole pan.

Drizzle sauce over prepared tortillas and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 - 12.
