1/2 cup bottled sweet-and-sour sauce (duck sauce)
1 tbl soy sauce plus
1 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, then coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine the sweet-and-sour sauce, soy sauce, and pepper; mix well. Place the pork on the baking sheet and spoon half the sauce over the top.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until just slightly pink for medium-well, or no pink remains for well done.

Thinly slice the pork and serve topped with the remaining sauce.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Comments: For a spicier sauce, add more ground red pepper.
