3 lb stew beef
1 cup sliced or chopped onion
1 can mushrooms (8 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all together and bake covered for 3 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

Sour cream can be add to make stroganoff
