Instructions: Wash grapes thoroughly. Remove skins from grapes and save. Heat pulp and strain through colander to remove seeds. Mix sugar and cornstarch with a little cold water, then add to pulp along with skins. Add butter and stir mixture well. Place one crust into perforated 9" pie pan.
Pour filling into crust. Top with other crust, seal and make slits for steam. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 and continue baking for another 35 to 45 minutes. Email this Recipe:
