Instructions: In a large bowl, combine beef, sausage, egg, leek, bread crumbs, taco sauce, salt, pepper, basil, zucchini, and carrot. Form into a 5 1/2-inch flattened round loaf. Place loaf on a trivet in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW about 4 hours or until done.
