Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x Beef bouillon cubes
1 pkt (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
2 tbl Tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Chopped cucumber, unpeeled
1/4 cup Green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup Sliced radishes
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve bouillon cubes & gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar & salt.

Chill until mixture is partially set. Add sour cream; beat until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients & pour into a 3-cup mold. Chill until mixture is firm.

Serves 6.
