Instructions: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and water in cooking pan.

2. Bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

3. Cool.

4. Add green onion and pimentos.

5. Combine vinegar, salad oil and sugar. Stir into rice mixture.
