Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together the jalapeno, lime juice, oil, cumin, garlic and pepper. Add the tomato, beans, corn, green chilies and surimi; toss gently to combine. Season with salt to taste and additional jalapeno or lime juice (if desired).
