3 lrg Ripe nectarines, peaches or plums
2 tbl Rum (optional)
1 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut fruit into halves and remove pits. (Peel nectarines or peaches, if using.) Arrange, cut-side up, in 9 inch lightly buttered pie plate or 6 individual ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with rum. Spoon sour cream over fruit. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Bake in 350 F oven for about 20 minutes or until sugar melts and nuts brown lightly. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
