This award winning chili recipe is hot and spicy and perfect to serve while
watching football.
Makes 9 (1 cup) servings
1/2 lb ground beef
2 can (15 1/2 ounces) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
2 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
2 x green bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 cup water
1 x - 3 small hot peppers, finely chopped
1 x - 2 tablespoons McCormick(r) Hot Mexican Style Chili Powder
2 x McCormick(r) Bay Leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until well done. Drain. Place in a 3 1/2 or 4-quart crockery slow cooker.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Heat on low for 5-6 hours. Remove bay leaves and serve.
