Instructions: I have found that cooking rice as you would cook any pasta works well.

Boil plenty of water.

Add rice to boiling water.

Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain and rinse well.

Rinsing the rice washes away a lot of the starch so it does not stick together.

I prefer this method to that of using 2 parts water to 1 part rice and cooking it until all of the water has been absorbed. It never seemed to come out right for me.
