Instructions: Ive always used the following mixture: 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 can tomato soup, 1 envelope Liptons dry onion soup, 1/2 c. red wine and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Its delish on beef or pork roasts, either in the crock pot or in the oven. I never tried making it with veggies as in a stew, since the meat gets so tender it falls apart I just serve over noodles or rice.
