Instructions: Mix margarine and sugar. Add oatmeal, flour and nuts. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. When cooled, crumble half this mixture into oblong dish. Drizzle half the caramel syrup over this.
Spoon 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream into dish. Crumble remaining baked mixture on top; repeat with caramel syrup on top. Freeze until ready to serve. Deb Hoeffel Email this Recipe:
