Butter as needed
1 scoop julienne tasso - (#16 scoop)
3 oz unseasoned shrimp - (50/ 60 count)
Copeland"s fettucine sauce
2 oz heavy cream
1 tbl chopped green onion
1 tbl freshly-grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Put butter in saute skilled on medium heat. Melt butter and add tasso. After 1 minute, add shrimp. When shrimp are pink and curly, add Copeland"s fettucine sauce, heavy cream, green onion and parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Serve over cooked pasta.
