Instructions: Saute onion in marg, add mince & cook until it changes colour. Add mushrooms. Make white sauce with marg, flour, milk, salt & pepper. Add egg yolks & mustard. Add sauce mixture to the meat mixture and mix in corn kernels, drained. Pour into a casserole & top with grated cheese. Bake @ 175 degrees C for 30 mins.
