1/4 cup	High gluten flour
2 tsp	Dry yeast
1 tsp	Salt
2 tsp	Ground coriander
1/8 tsp	Ground cloves
1/8 tsp	Ground ginger
1/4 tsp	Ground cinnamon
1 x	Egg (I use egg substitute)
