Recipe for Coriander (Cilantro) Vinaigrette

Amount	Ingredient
3 tbl	peanut oil
3 tbl	red wine vinegar
1 x	lemon, juice of
1 sm	red chilli, minced (optional)
1/2 tsp	French mustard
1/2 tsp	sugar
	salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend all ingredients except coriander until smooth then stir through the coriander. Shake thoroughly before using.
