Instructions: In a medium sized saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Set aside until cool. In a large bowl, combine stuffing croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt, pepper and onion mixture, and mix well. Shape into eight balls, and place in an un-greased shallow baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Serve as a side dish. Email this Recipe:
