Ingredients:

15 oz Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup Corn, thawed
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
8 whl green olive, sliced
3 tbl Lime juice, fresh
2 tbl Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days in an airtight container. Yeild: 4 cups
