Ingredients:

1/2 cup Corn, (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Fresh green beans
1/2 cup White wine vinegar
6 tbl Vegetable oil
2/3 cup Sugar
3 x Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Chopped onion
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook corn and green beans in boiling water until crisp tender. Drain well. Whisk together vinegar, oil and sugar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, onion and parsley.

Toss well. Cover and chill.

Yield: 6 servings.
