1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 x (8 1/2 oz.) package of corn muffin mix
1 x (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 x egg
1 x (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole or a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

Makes 6 servings.
