Ingredients:

3 tbl Raisins
1/2 cup ,water, boiling
1 cup Celery, diced
1 x Onion, chopped
4 tbl Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Canned corn, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak raisins in boiling wate to plump. In a deep skillet, saute the celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add salt and drained raisins, and cook for 2 minutes. Add corn and cooked rice and heat through.

Toss lightly with a fork.
