1 cup	Roasted corn kernels
2 med	Tomatillos husked, and coarsely chopped
1 tbl	Finely-diced red onion
1/2 tsp	Minced jalapeno
2 tbl	Fresh lime juice
2 tbl	Coarsely-chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp	Honey
	Salt to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the corn, tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro and honey in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.

This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
