Ingredients:

2 x (16 oz.) cans cream style corn
1 x (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 x eggs, beaten
1 cup coarse cracker crumbs
1 tbl minced onion
4 tbl melted butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine corn, eggs, broccoli, 1 C. cracker crumbs, onion, 4 T. melted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine the remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set in the middle.

Makes 8 servings.
