Instructions: Boil corn for 5 minutes. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add potatoes, 1 cup water, 1 cup clam juice and bring to boil. Add half-and-half, salt and pepper and pepper flakes and bring to boil. Add 1 cup crabmeat and cook for about 5 minutes, then add corn and another cup of crabmeat. Serve with toast.
